Cluster is free to start. Pro and Max raise your limits and unlock Build, For
Work, and the Max models. Compare them at

## Subscription missing on a device [#subscription-missing-on-a-device]

Make sure you are signed in with the same account on every device. If the
subscription still does not show up, email
[support@clusterbase.ai](mailto:support@clusterbase.ai) from the account's
address and we will sort it out.
